What to Know Before Your First Barre Class

  • TONE is a TCS exclusive Pilates and barre workout class that blends rhythmic movement, precise muscle isolation, and focused strength training. Predominantly mat-based, it concludes with an energizing cardio finale to leave you invigorated.

  • Absolutely! TONE offers modifications for every fitness level, making it perfect whether you’re new to barre workouts or an experienced practitioner.

    • Yoga Mat: Required for class (rentals available).

    • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout class.

    • Comfortable Attire: Wear clothing that allows easy movement.

  • We always recommend that you consult with your physician before trying a new workout format, especially if you are pregnant or have health conditions. Flashing lights may be used in class, so consult with your doctor if you have a photosensitivity disorder or are prone to seizures.

    • Hydrate: Drink water throughout the day before class.

    • Arrive Early: Come 10-15 minutes early to meet your instructor and settle in.
