What to Know Before Your FIRST BARRE class

  • A hybrid barre and Pilates workout blending rhythmic movement, focused muscle isolation, and strength training, with an upbeat cardio finish to keep you energized.

  • Absolutely. TONE offers plenty of modifications, so you can start where you are and progress at your own pace.

  • A yoga mat (rentals available), water, and comfortable clothes that let you move freely.

  • Hydrate beforehand, arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in, and listen to your body during class.

  • Always check with your doctor if you have health conditions or are pregnant. Note: flashing lights may be used in class.
