    CYCLE Instructors at The Collective Studios are among the industry’s most seasoned and experienced athletes.     We are actively seeking instructors to teach our CYCLE class formats: a 45-minute, beat-based, high-intensity, low-impact dance-party on a bike. Utilizing our state-of-the-art Stages indoor bikes, this is a high-energy, heart-beating, sweat-dripping class - think loud music and strobing lights - and requires a fun instructor that knows how to host a party and command a room. If this sounds like you, you might be an excellent addition to our studio instructor team.

    Responsibilities:

    The Collective Studios Londonderry is hiring a CYCLE instructor who can fulfill the following responsibilities:

    • Deliver The Collective Studios Experience through unparalleled customer service and hospitality to all clients

    • Craft and teach 45-minute beat-based CYCLE group class adhering to studio standards and guidelines

    • Program classes that ensure the safety and wellbeing of clientele, while also allowing for progression and advancement, and modifications of intensity to accommodate all participants 

    • Curate invigorating, dynamic playlists to pair with musically-driven classes

    • Availability to teach respective classes on a regular basis

    • Assist in building The Collective Studios class attendance and retain current clientele

    • Attend staff meetings and required educational trainings

    Qualifications:

    To be successful in this role, You should have the following experiences and qualifications:

    • CPR/AED certification

    • Current certification from nationally accredited fitness program (NASM, ACE, AFAA, AEA)

    • Preferred 1 year minimum experience instructing Group Fitness in one of the following formats: Indoor Cycling, Dance, Barre, Circuit Training, HIIT, Bootcamp or other Group Fitness class

    • Preferred 1 year minimum experience instructing

    • Basic understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics

    • Must love of boutique fitness and be passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    • Demonstrated ability to create high-energy, positive environment that welcomes all people

    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

    • Exudes enthusiasm, confidence, and charisma

    • Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Must be available to be scheduled:

    • 2-3 classes per week, on a consistent weekly basis

    • Flexible hours: early mornings, late nights, weekends

    • Some holidays (open year-round)

    Our Studio Coordinator team plays a critical role in shaping our studio experience and ensuring smooth studio operations from open to close. Our Front Desk team is composed of outgoing and charismatic go-getters who are passionate about fitness and wellness. They are actively seeking opportunities to initiate a career within the health and wellness space . They are energetic and hard-working, with a positive outlook on life. They are excited about leadership opportunities and developing their careers within the health and wellness space.

    Reports to: Lead Studio Coordinators

    Employment Status: Part Time/Non-Exempt

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and engage clients with a positive, friendly manner, cultivating a welcoming, inviting atmosphere

    • Work alongside and support studio instructors to ensure a successful and seamless client check-in and class experience

    • Support studio management in daily tasks and projects

    • Possess basic understanding of products within the wellness shop; execute retail sales 

    • Actively maintain studio cleanliness and organization 

    • Maintain the distinct Collective Studios aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture

    Qualifications:

    • Prior customer service and/or hospitality experience

    • Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly

    • Loves boutique fitness and is passionate about fitness and wellness

    • HIghly organized, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

    • Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.

    • Must be able to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends and some holidays

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Must be available to work on a consistent basis :

      • 2-3 shifts per week

      • Flexible hours: early mornings, nights, weekends

      • Some holidays (open year-round)
