  • We recommend bringing the following items:

    • A yoga mat (rentals available)

    • A towel to cover your mat (for sweat)

    • A water bottle to stay hydrated

    • Optional: Yoga blocks or straps (available at the studio if needed)

  • Our hot yoga studio is heated to an optimal temperature of 90–95°F with balanced humidity, providing the perfect environment to safely stretch, strengthen, and sweat.

  • Light, breathable, and moisture-wicking clothing is best. Think yoga shorts or leggings and a tank or sports bra. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident.

    • Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before class to prepare your body for the heat.

    • Arrive Early: Arriving 10-15 minutes early gives you time to settle in and meet your instructor.

    • Take It Easy: Pace yourself, especially if it’s your first time in a heated environment.
