“I loved my first pilates class with Lindsay! She was so kind and made sure that me and my friends who were all new to this felt comfortable and welcomed. The workout made me feel great and while you’re motivated to keep up, you’re also encouraged to go at your own pace and take breaks when needed! The building is beautiful with showers, bathrooms, and a station where you can do your hair and makeup after you’ve worked out!”

Studio Policies
We keep things simple so everyone can focus, feel safe, and enjoy every class to the fullest.
Arrive Early — New? Come 15 minutes ahead so we can get you settled and set up.
Zero-Minute Late Policy — Classes start right on time to protect everyone’s flow and safety; doors close when class begins.
Stay for the Full Class — Our classes are designed as start-to-finish experiences. Leaving early disrupts the vibe (unless there’s an emergency).
Phones & Watches Off — Unplug and be fully present. Stow your phone in the locker and set your smartwatch to ‘Do Not Disturb’.
Easy Cancellation — Life happens! Cancel up to 12 hours before class. One free late-cancel pass per quarter, just email us.
