MEGA ESSENTIALS

Similar to MEGA classes, MEGA Essentials will help you achieve a new level of strength and self-worth, but with an added focus on foundational exercises and mindful pacing, this class will increase your belief and confidence in yourself. We’ll help you remove uncertainty and eliminate self-doubt by giving you thorough explanations on the machine, body alignment and terminology. You’ll leave this class feeling rooted in your abilities, supported by your community, and prepared for your continued evolution.

Grip Socks are required for all Mega classes.

MEGA + STRETCH

MEGA classes will push you beyond your limits and help you achieve a new level of strength and self-worth. This high-intensity, low impact workout is done on Lagree Fitness’s patented Mega machine, a machine that evokes a Pilates Reformer, but is far from it. This one of a kind machine uses a system of springs, pulleys and your own body weight to activate slow-twitch muscle fibers, enabling you to dig deep and tap into your resilience. Slow, controlled movements will help you connect with your body and find a profound sense of accomplishment and depth. MEGA + Stretch helps invite a greater sense of balance into your body and mind, with 10 minutes of stretching and mindfulness at the end of class. You’ll leave this class having exceeded your perceived limits, while embracing a sense of empowerment and transformation.

Just like in our MEGA classes, you’ll push beyond your limits and will achieve a new level of strength, but in MEGA Shake, you’ll be forced to find razor sharp focus as you compete against yourself to discover a resilience you didn’t know you had to conquer lighting fast transitions, creative exercise combinations and unique Megaformer moves you won’t see in other MEGA class. MEGA Shake will reaffirm your belief that you can do hard things and will show you that you are unstoppable.

Both practices emphasize core strength, control, and alignment, but the Megaformer or Mega—used in Lagree Fitness—offers a higher intensity experience. Sometimes incorrectly referred to as "Megaformer Pilates", this workout goes beyond traditional Pilates by incorporating springs, pulleys, and bodyweight resistance to build strength, endurance, and stability while keeping your heart rate elevated. Megaformer is also the only workout in existence to combine all forms of fitness into every class and exercise: strength, endurance, cardio, core, balance and flexibility.
