FLOW

FLOW classes offer a sanctuary where you can escape daily stress and find inner peace. This Vinyasa practice helps you reconnect with yourself, providing a spiritual and energetic recharge. This class fosters a sense of wholeness and inspiration, helping you feel more aligned with your inner self and expanding your physical and mental flexibility. Under the dim lights and amongst flickering candles, this class fosters a sense of ease and support, helping you reconnect and align with your whole self. You’ll leave this class feeling lighter, more content and uplifted.

ENERGY FLOW

ENERGY FLOW will dissolve any stagnation you may be experiencing in life and will provide you with the energy and inspiration to reach for more. With an emphasis on dynamic movements and strength building merged with Vinyasa Yoga, this class is for the days when you need support being propelled towards your goals. This class offers a space for you to move through and past outdated versions of yourself, emerging on the other side ready to connect with a more invigorated version of you. You’ll leave this class feeling spacious, motivated and fulfilled.

CORE FUSION FLOW

CORE FUSION FLOW merges your desire to activate into your strength with your need to find calm throughout your day. This hybrid class offers both mat based core work and Vinyasa Yoga to give you an energizing recharge. It aligns with your goal of finding balance between progress and peace. You’ll leave this class feeling strong and connected, yet grounded and refreshed.

Similar to FLOW, this class offers a sanctuary where you can escape daily stress and find inner peace, but this class offers a greater sense of grounding and calm, deepening your capacity to tackle all of life’s daily demands. You’ll leave this class feeling refreshed and serene.

RESTORE

Rest, relax and restore. Our RESTORE classes are designed for those moments when you need to recharge and reconnect. This gentle, restorative yoga practice provides a meditative space to be still, offering spiritual and emotional support. Step out of the busy-ness of daily life, leave your day behind, and quiet your mind. You'll leave feeling renewed and more whole, with a deeper sense of self-care and support, perfectly matching your desire for a supportive and nurturing environment.

RELEASE

Slow down, release and come undone. Dive deep into relaxation and emotional healing with RELEASE. This Yin Yoga practice focuses on deep stretches and rejuvenating poses, offering a profound emotional release and a sense of renewal. You’ll find stillness and depth, allowing you to feel expansive and rejuvenated both in your body and mind. Yin aligns with your need for a holistic approach to well-being, fostering a sense of inner peace and personal growth.

COLLECTIVE CALM

COLLECTIVE CALM offers a holistic escape from daily stress, providing clarity and a spiritual recharge. This free, monthly guided meditation class, creates space for stillness and deep connection, helping you feel renewed and expansive. It aligns with your need for a nurturing environment that supports your journey toward a fulfilling and balanced life. You’ll leave this class feeling less overwhelmed, with increased patience and an expanded imagination.

SOUND BATHS

Sound Baths at Collective Studios create a deeply relaxing, meditative and transformative experience, where you can detach from the routines, stressors and demands of everyday life and heal from dis-ease and disharmony. The rhythmic sounds and vibrations from the instruments will lull you into a peaceful and mindful state when you can rediscover your core essence and break free from limited patterns. You’ll leave this class feeling cleansed of your worries, back in alignment with your true self and with a sense of clarity on how to lead a more fulfilled and happy life.

TONE

TONE will help you clear your mind and feel connected to your body. This bold, unapologetic Pilates/Barre hybrid class helps you feel accomplished and connected, fostering a sense of camaraderie and inspiration. A class format entirely unique to our studio, TONE supports your journey toward self-actualization by improving your physical tone and mental focus, providing a balanced approach to fitness and personal growth. With an emphasis on isolating muscle groups, the stress and demands of your day will easily slip away as you narrow your focus to more intimately connect your mind to your body, allowing you to feel strong and capable even on the days you feel drained. You’ll leave this class feeling confident, embodied and supported.

BURN

Strategically designed to help you build strength and refine your form, BURN is a slow repetition, weight lifting class that combines the latest innovations in group fitness to create a fiery, slow burning experience that will ignite your muscles. Part on the beat, part off the beat, this class cycles through timed segments of lifting, cardio and core work, intentionally organized to help sharpen your focus and deepen your mind-body connection. Each 45 minute class is held in a 85-90 degree room to help promote a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation, while supercharging your workout. You’ll leave this class feeling electric, stronger than ever and scorching with energy. We promise you'll never go back to lifting weights alone in the gym again.

SCULPT

Yoga meets with strength and cardio in this high-intensity, beat based class. Each 60 minute class will be held in a 85-90 degree room, heated to promote a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility, while supercharging your workout. This music-driven class will use hand weights, strength building and high-intensity bursts of cardio to deliver maximum, total body results. You’ll leave drenched in sweat, high-fiving your fellow class-goers, feeling strong, energized and confident.

SCULPT ESSENTIALS

New to SCULPT or need a refresher? SCULPT Essentials is a 45-minute, unheated class designed to bring you through our traditional Sculpt class, but with a focus on foundational sequencing and detailed yoga and exercise cueing.  You can still expect a high-energy, music driven class, but in SCULPT essentials our music-rhythmic lighting will be used more sparingly to help you focus on establishing proper alignment in unweighted yoga postures and form in exercises with hand weights.  You’ll leave class feeling in control of your workout, strong, and confident to take on your next challenge.

HOT PILATES

HOT PILATES offers a space to find a balance of strength, flexibility and connectedness. This contemporary Pilates class will use whole body movements allowing you to foster a mind-body connection that will support you in and out of the studio as you thoughtfully flow through mat exercises. HOT PILATES focuses on both precision and flow, simultaneously offering both a feeling of control and peace. The moody lighting and immersive music create a relaxed but invigorating environment. HOT PILATES will connect you with the version of you that is poised and graceful through all of life's challenges. You’ll leave this class feeling confident, calm and connected, providing you with the strength to be soft in life.

CYCLE

Lose yourself to movement and music in our studio’s signature CYCLE class. This 45-minute indoor cycling class combines sprints, climbs and upper body strength for a journey so transformative you’ll forget you’ve been spinning on a stationary bike. CYCLE is a high-energy, yet low-impact format that takes place entirely to the beat of the music. With the expert guidance of your instructor, you’ll press, push and tap back in celebration, grit and perseverance along with your fellow riders. Our instructor’s DJ-worthy playlists paired with our studio’s music rhythmic LED lights and professional sound system create an immersive experience allowing you to easily clip in and tune out from the outside world. In that dark room, you’ll find strength as an individual and joy as a community. This isn’t just a workout; it’s the ride of a lifetime.

MEGA ESSENTIALS

New to Mega or need a refresher? Mega Essentials is a 50-minute class with machine orientation at the beginning, aimed at helping you learn to navigate the machine and exercises with ease and confidence. This class will be taught at a mindful pace, with an emphasis on body awareness, equipment explanation and tips for transitioning between exercises safely. In Mega Essentials, you will also slowly work through alignment and become familiar with the class's terminology. This class is suitable for all levels, but is best suited for those who are newer to Mega.

Grip Socks are required for all Mega classes.

This class is suitable for all levels, but is best suited for those who are newer to Mega or would like a deeper understanding of Mega foundations.

MEGA + STRETCH

Slow, controlled movements build strength, endurance and length in this high-intensity, yet low impact workout set atop the Lagree Fitness patented Mega™ machine. The Mega™ uses a system of springs, pulleys and your own body weight to activate slow-twitch muscle fibers for a workout that will have your muscles quivering from head to toe. All classes are unheated and set to uplifting music. This class will also feature 10 minutes of extended stretching and breathing to close out class. You’ll leave this class feeling strong, sexy, centered and humbled, but surely eager to book your next Mega! This class is suitable for all levels. New clients are required to take at least 3 Mega Essentials classes before joining.

MEGA

Slow, controlled movements build strength, endurance and length in this high-intensity, low impact workout set atop Lagree Fitness’ patented Mega™ machine. The Mega™, a machine that evokes a Pilates Reformer but is far from it, uses a system of springs, pulleys and your own body weight to activate slow-twitch muscle fibers for a workout that will have your muscles quivering from head to toe. Your bold and inspiring instructor will lead you through this entirely beat based class, featuring an energizing playlist of songs, set in our state-of the-art Mega™ studio featuring 16 machines and both natural and experiential lighting dynamics. You’ll leave this class feeling strong, accomplished and humbled, but surely eager to book your next Mega!

Grip Socks are required for all Mega classes.

MEGA SHAKE

Feeling strong and confident in our Mega classes? Take your tremble to the next level by challenging yourself in a Mega SHAKE class! Mega SHAKE is a 50-minute class aimed at propelling your strength and endurance to the next level. This class will have an emphasis on lightning fast transitions, creative exercise combinations and unique Mega moves you won't see in our other Megaformer classes. In Mega SHAKE, you'll push your body to new limits and will advance your Mega skills for rapid results. This class is suitable for clients who have experience taking Mega classes.
