TAKE THE LEAP
Making the decision to commit to a 200 Hour Teacher Training can be intimidating. As you weigh your choice, you’ll encounter many emotions and questions. We encourage you to take the leap. Lean into the unknown, release expectations and invest in your own development, both on and off the mat.

You’ll learn in Yoga Teacher Training, that the all tools you need are already inside you. But, if you’re need a little encouragement, here are some signs that you may be ready for a Teacher Training program:

CURRICULUM
During 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training you will learn teaching formulas, postures, anatomy and more from experienced, Senior instructors. Our program will cover the below topics and more:
· Yoga Asanas (postures)
· Pranayama (breath)
· Yoga Sutra
· History of Yoga
· Anatomy
· Chakras
· Theming
· Sequencing
Upon completion of the program, you will receive a Yoga Alliance recognized 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate The Collective Studios.
After graduation, those who are proficient and interested in teaching at The Collective Studios will have the opportunity for continued teaching practice and mentorship.
