When first introduced to yoga back in 2002, Shana was in it for the physical aspects. Over the years she learned it was about so much more as she began to really commit herself to the practice, each time showing up to her mat discovering something new.
You may know her as Collective’s Senior Yoga Instructor, however Shana has been a part of Southern NH’s health and wellness community for almost 20 years. Her journey began clinically in the medical field, massage therapy/thai yoga massage and led her into the yoga and fitness world in 2016. She is a current E-RYT 500, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, Certified Master Reiki Teacher and holds several other additional certifications.
Much of Shana’s 2,000+ hours of teaching comprise of Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga with specialty and fusion classes in the mix! Not only has Shana taught various types of Yoga classes throughout NH but she has also lended her guidance and guest instructed on her areas of expertise at other yoga teacher training programs over the years. Her goal is to help students find individual growth, their authentic voices and become better versions of themselves while creating optimal health- mind, body + soul.
