About Megaformer
Created by Lagree Fitness, Mega™ combines strength, endurance, cardio, core, and balance, all in one high-intensity, low-impact class.
You’ll use the Megaformer machine (like a supercharged Pilates Reformer) with springs, pulleys, and body weight to activate slow-twitch muscles and see results faster.
