CLAUDIA MICHEL,
SENIOR INSTRUCTOR
Movement has always allowed Kaitlyn to stay grounded and connected. Growing up playing organized sports, she deeply valued the support and motivation of a team. As an adult, she began splitting her time between NH and FL. Although exercise remained part of her daily routine, she realized she missed the camaraderie.
Almost 5 years ago she decided to take her first cycling class. The team atmosphere and supportive environment reinvigorated her love of movement. Kaitlyn is eager to share her passion for cycling and community. She hopes individuals feel welcome, motivated, and engaged in her classes. She encourages all to get lost in the music and have fun!
KRISTI MELANSON,
LEAD Instructor
Born and raised in New Hampshire, Cam loves exploring movement in both the warm summers and cold winters here in New England. Growing up she spent most of her time doing competitive gymnastics, but when she reached High School Cam fell in love with circus arts. Here she was shown a new way to love fitness that emphasized the beauty in daily, sometimes unconventional, movement.
Once she reached college, she found indoor cycling after a recommendation from her mom. Soon after she auditioned to become an instructor so that they could ride together, and the two have been a cycling duo ever since!

“The class gave me the confidence needed to begin to learn to instruct. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and gave me a greater understanding of what it takes to build a playlist and execute a beat-based class. I highly recommend this class to anyone whose wants to learn more about cycle or anyone who is interested in instructing.”
