Set against the stunning backdrop of the serene Goodwin Garden at Strawberry Banke in historic Portsmouth, New Hampshire, this one-of-a-kind event is the Seacoast’s premier gathering for holistic well-being.

11:05 AM | Yoga Sculpt with Kayla + Mary
11:50 AM | Lunch, Restroom break, Check Ins
1:15 PM | Gentle Flow into Reiki Infused Sound Experience with Haley + Kellie
2:00 PM | Vendor shopping, mingling
