ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:

Kayla has always been a lover of movement and exercise. Her regular yoga practice began in 2014 while in the midsts of training for half marathons. She was immediately drawn in by the flexibility and strength training that a yoga practice could offer her workout routine. Over time, Kayla began to realize that yoga created a body and mind awareness that other workouts had never managed to evoke. This awareness lead her to dig deeper into the science of yoga and pursue 200hr teacher training in 2018.

After moving to New Hampshire in 2022, Haley’s group fitness journey was rooted in finding balance outside of work and connecting with her new community. She quickly found a home at The Collective Studios, which provided a perfect blend of movement and surrounding yourself with like-minded people. In January 2025, Haleycompleted her 200-hour YTT at The Collective.

Mackenzie found yoga as a supplement to her usual strength training routine at the gym in 2018. She fell in love with how her mind transforms on the mat and the ability to tune into her body to find that mind body connection. As she grew to love yoga, she felt called to complete her YTT at Collective Studios in 2023. After teaching for over a year in MA, Mackenzie found her way back to Collective. Her teaching style focuses on creating a grounded, supportive space where students feel safe to explore movement, breath, and stillness. She aims to help students tune into their bodies, find balance, and leave class feeling both restored and empowered. Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, her hope is that you feel welcome and at ease on your mat.

Mary joined The Collective Studios in November of 2021 when she first moved up to the lovely NH from Boston, MA. She had been practicing yoga, yoga sculpt, and meditation for a few years and was looking for a studio that valued the importance of mindful movement and body empowerment. TCS truly was the ideal fit and helped Mary feel right at home in NH!
