Adara Vasquez

INSTRUCTOR:
Cycle

Adara grew up in the world of competitive cheerleading, where movement, teamwork, and performance were a big part of her life from childhood through her teenage years. After college, she found herself in a bit of a fitness rut and began searching for a way to move her body that actually felt good—something she could genuinely look forward to. That search led her to boutique cycling classes, and the trajectory of her fitness journey changed completely. Cycling reignited her love for movement and transformed exercise into something energizing, empowering, and fun.

In 2024, Adara became a cycling instructor with a strong passion for making fitness attainable for everyone, regardless of where they are in their fitness journey. She believes there is something powerful about finding a space where you feel safe, supported, and encouraged to show up as you are. Adara strives to create classes where every rider feels seen, welcomed, and strong. Starting or restarting a fitness journey can feel intimidating, but the right community can turn that fear into motivation, confidence, and connection.

Outside of the studio, Adara works as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in an elementary school, supporting students and helping them build skills that allow them to grow and thrive. Working in a helping profession naturally carries over into her role as an instructor—she loves guiding, encouraging, and celebrating people as they challenge themselves and discover what they’re capable of.

In Adara’s classes, you can expect an encouraging environment, motivating energy, and a reminder that fitness is about showing up for yourself and celebrating what your body can do. Her goal is for every rider to leave feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of the effort they put in.
