Ali Daly

INSTRUCTOR:
LIFT

Ali has been an athlete her whole life, spending most of her youth and adolescence on a basketball court or softball field throughout New England. After playing softball for four years at the college level, she found herself craving a fitness community that challenged and motivated her to continue to push herself and try new things. She fell in love with weight training and yoga, leading her to earn her certificate in Yoga Sculpt, which she taught for two years in the Greater Boston area. Her fitness instructing career was cut short by the pandemic, and she has been eager to dive back into it since then. When she first took a class at The Collective Studios, she was immediately inspired and knew that she had found the right fit to return to teaching. Ali is ecstatic to join the Strength team at TCS, where she brings over a decade of weight training experience and an emphasis on flow and intention to every class.

Outside of the studio, Ali works full-time as a high school counselor, where she values connection and supporting students to find their purpose. In her free time, she enjoys walking in nature with her dog, baking, and spending time with her husband, friends, and family.
