Ashley was born and raised in New Hampshire. After nearly a decade of weightlifting, she began craving a new challenge. That’s when she discovered TCS, where she instantly connected with the vibrant community and fell in love with yoga. Yoga not only challenged her strength, but also tested her flexibility, balance, and mental resilience. She is now a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and holds certifications in Yin Yoga and Reiki.

By day, Ashley works in pharmaceutical quality control where she is dedicated to ensuring drug product safety and protecting patient health. Outside of the lab, you can find her spending time with her pets, creating social media content, doing paint-by-numbers, or driving around listening to her favorite hip-hop and rap artists.

In her classes, expect a practice that meets you where you are. A yoga flow that’s creative and versatile, paired with an energizing playlist that keeps you moving and grooving. Then finish with a grounding and restorative cool down, leaving you centered and ready to take on what’s next.
