Retail Planning & Allocation Analyst

Nicola brings a dynamic background to TCS that bridges strategic logistics, macroeconomic insight, and modern retail operations. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Nicola combines analytical precision with a deep understanding of consumer trends, merchandising strategy, and operational execution. Her experience in both athletics and retail allows her to approach planning and allocation through a balanced lens of brand vision, customer behavior, and data-driven decision making. Nicola is continuing her formal education in the Master of Business Administration program at Boston University.

Prior to transitioning into the retail and creative industries, Nicola served as an active duty logistics officer in the United States Army, where she developed a unique expertise in supply chain operations, resource coordination under constraints, and high-level strategic planning. When she's not on the Megaformer or her yoga mat, you can find Nicola skiing and hiking in the White Mountains, or volunteering with CASA of New Hampshire!
