Britney is a professional dancer and lover of all things fitness and wellness. She began her dance journey at 2 years old, where she developed a love for movement as both an art form and a discipline, which ultimately led her to pursue dance at the professional level.

Outside of the studio, Britney works with Celtics Entertainment, now serving as Captain of the Maine Celtics Hype Team. Her years of training in high-energy performance, athletic strength training, and conditioning inspired her transition into the fitness and wellness space. During her junior year of college, Britney suffered from a dance-related injury that almost forced her to step back from what she loved. Through a dedicated and knowledgeable athletic trainer, Britney was introduced to Pilates as part of her rehabilitation process. She was instantly hooked with the slow, intentional movement and the strength she developed in the months of recovery.

Britney now holds multiple certifications, including a 500-hr Comprehensive Pilates Certification, including Mat, Reformer , Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, and Pre and Post Natal. She also holds certifications in Lagree, Barre, and dance-specific certifications like Progressing Ballet Technique, and Sugarfoot Therapy (an injury prevention, strength training program). Britney has a passion for education and continuously learning and growing in everything she does. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and empowering environment where everyone can build confidence, strength, and sustainable movement habits.
