Shawna Rae’s MEGA classes are fueled by years on stage, where she honed her sense of musicality, alignment, and body awareness. While performing professionally as a dancer throughout Boston and Rhode Island, she also built a strong foundation in teaching and special education, experience that shapes her clear, supportive coaching style that is deeply attuned to individual needs. 

After moving to New Hampshire in 2024, she discovered Lagree and instantly felt at home. The precision, musicality, and mind–body challenge of the MEGA became the perfect extension of her movement background, and she quickly made the MEGA her home.

Her classes combine performance-level precision with grounded strength work.

When she’s not in the studio, she’s with her husband and three dogs, skiing, hiking, traveling, or remodeling their home.
