Before joining TCS, Emma served as a Senior Creative Director and Head of Media Operations, leading brand storytelling, client strategy, and large-scale campaign development for a diverse portfolio of consumer-facing brands. Across her career in creative and operational direction, she has guided clients and teams through everything from high-impact rebrands to multi-channel content strategies—always with a focus on authenticity, clarity, and emotional connection.
