A New England native, Sydney has always been passionate about movement. Whether it be playing competitive soccer growing up, strength and endurance training at the gym or going for a hike outdoors, staying active has remained an important and therapeutic part of her life. 

While living in Boston, working as a radiation therapist at Tufts Medical Center and pursuing a degree in Medical Dosimetry while working, Sydney craved mindful movement to keep her grounded.

After taking her first Pilates and Lagree classes, she fell in love with the level of presence and precision that they brought. Her entire perspective on fitness changed and she really started to enjoy the community and fun that group fitness classes can offer. Within a week of moving to NH, she found the Collective Studios and has felt at home ever since.
