SYDNEY WALSH
INSTRUCTOR
CYCLE
Sydney Walsh is originally from Groton, Massachusetts, and holds a degree in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire. Beginning dance at the age of 4, Sydney spent years training and performing in a variety of styles, eventually dancing competitively and continuing through college on a Division 1 team. Dance has always been her outlet—a way to connect with movement, music, and community.
After graduating college in 2024, Sydney was looking for a new way to stay active and inspired outside of the studio. In July, she found The Collective Studios in Londonderry and instantly felt at home. Drawn to the energy, connection, and creativity of the space, she joined the CYCLE Mentorship Program in April 2025, where she refined her skills and found a new rhythm on the bike.
During the day, Sydney works at the Public Defender’s Office in Concord, NH, utilizing her social work degree to advocate for clients with empathy and purpose. When she’s not working, you can find her soaking up the sunshine, spending time with her girlfriend, or continuing to share her love of dance by teaching kids.
