STUDIO COORDINATOR

Michelle's passion for fitness began in childhood, with a background as a cheerleader that set the foundation for her lifelong commitment to wellness. As a teenager, Michelle discovered yoga, a practice that has now led her to pursue a 200-hour yoga teacher training. With a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, Michelle is also a skilled Registered Dietitian, specializing in areas such as eating disorders, body image issues, sports nutrition, and PCOS.

After college, Michelle sought a place that could support her ongoing fitness and yoga journey. When she found Collective Studios, it felt like everything she had been searching for. The diverse class offerings, which perfectly match her love for yoga, strength training, and beat-based fitness, along with our inclusive and supportive community, made Collective Studios the perfect fit for her. To further immerse herself into our community, she has joined the team as a studio coordinator at our Bedford Mega studio.

Outside the studio, Michelle enjoys spending time with her cat, watching movies with her fiancé, walking in nature, and creating delicious and nutritious meals.
