Amanda loves all forms of exercise and has always recognized the positive effects of fitness on physical and mental health. Her goal as an instructor is to create a safe, inspiring space where you can dig deep and work hard for YOU. Outside of Collective, Amanda is a Holistic Nutritionist and believes nourishing your body through both nutrition and movement is the key to achieving optimal mind, body and soul health. In Amanda's classes you can expect countless tapbacks, lots of "WOO's!" and vibey beats that create an epic class atmosphere.
