Erin has always been passionate about health and wellness. She believes fitness is just as important for your mental health as it is for your physical health. In the Fall of 2022, Erin completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Collective Studios. Through YTT she found a love for sound healing because it provides gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative ways to nurture your mind and body. Erin wants to share the positive effects sound healing and yoga can have on one’s mental health with the Collective Community.
Erin is thrilled to be a part of such an uplifting community. She loves that this space not only focuses on fitness but also the well-being of others. The Collective Studios is truly her third space.
In Erin’s free time she loves to spend time with family, friends and her dog, Finn. She also enjoys reading, and spending time outside.
