KAYLA L’HEUREUX
INSTRUCTOR
Kayla has always been a lover of movement and exercise. Her regular yoga practice began in 2014 while in the midsts of training for half marathons. She was immediately drawn in by the flexibility and strength training that a yoga practice could offer her workout routine. Over time, Kayla began to realize that yoga created a body and mind awareness that other workouts had never managed to evoke. This awareness lead her to dig deeper into the science of yoga and pursue 200hr teacher training in 2018.
Kayla is a teacher by nature. In addition to teaching yoga, she has a Masters in the Art of Teaching and 6 years experience in Art Education. She loves to share the things she loves with others and encourages students of all experience levels to join class. In her classes you’ll experience creative and dynamic flows that lengthen and strengthen the body. Expect big heart beating playlists that help you connect to your inner fire.
