Meghan is a dancer, entrepreneur and fitness trainer from upstate NY. Her mission is to use fitness as a celebration, so get ready to party in her SWEAT, TONE. & CYCLE classes!
After years of auditioning and dancing in NYC, Meghan was drawn to classes that blended dance and fitness, taking the pressure off of an audition room, and allowing everyone to stand confident in their own spotlight. Come for the celebrations for all levels (you definitely don’t have to be a dancer to take class!) stay for the confident, energetic feeling that you will radiate at the end of class!
Meghan moved to NH to be closer to her fiance (check out their podcast called Glisten Up!) and is loving the change in pace!
Outside of the studio, Meghan is the founder of CitySweat, a dance-inspired fitness company. She recently worked as a dancer and assistant to the choreographer in the new movie “In the Heights.” She loves spending time with her 4 younger siblings, journaling, and doing anything outdoors.
