Kevina just moved back to NH from NYC two years ago. In NY, she found a love for yoga sculpt and wanted to find a similar community in NH that valued empowering each other, having a high vibe environment. Finding TCS has been such an amazing experience for her, she knew I wanted to be apart of the team when she first joined the studio. The people at the studio bring such joy into her life and the environment is incredible. She wants to help people become their best selves and escape from day to day stress. Her favorite classes are tone, burn, and now mega! When she’s not in the studio you can find me hosting events that bring women together, making charcuterie boards, trying new restaurants, and frolicking in parks.
