ABOUT THE CLASS
This 45-minute hybrid class will feature 25 minutes of HIIT followed by 20 minutes of yoga. BURN is a slow reputation, strength building class, that cycles through timed segments of strength, cardio and core work, intentionally organized to help sharpen your focus and deepen your mind-body connection. FLOW is The Collective Studio's signature, athletic approach to vinyasa yoga, set to an invigorating playlist of songs that will have you ready to move. You’ll leave this class with a solid sweat and smile on your face, feeling spacious, inspired and uplifted.
This class is suitable for all levels. Options will be provided by your instructor throughout class to allow you to choose to turn up or down your workout.
