Join us as we de-stress during the busy holiday season for a Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath experience at LaBelle Winery Derry! We will help you tune inward & release the stress of the season to find peace and be ready to embrace the joy of the holidays.
The first half of the class is a restorative yoga class for complete relaxation, followed by crystal bowl sound healing to help you feel grounded and tuned in. No props needed; just bring a yoga mat if you have one available.
