CYCLE ESSENTIALS:
LEARN THE FUNDAMENTALS OF INDOOR CYCLING

New to CYCLE or need a refresher? CYCLE Essentials is a 45-minute class thoughtfully designed to help you gain confidence and get comfortable with choreography in a beat based indoor cycling class.
Class opens with a thorough overview of how to set-up your bike and a demo on riding positions. Taught at a mindful pace, with a gradual introduction of choreography and combination moves, CYCLE Essentials places an emphasis on learning to move to the beat of the music, proper form and body awareness, while simultaneously gaining strength and speed.
In this class, you can still expect to lose yourself to our instructor’s DJ-worthy playlists paired with our studio’s music rhythmic LED lights. You’ll leave class feeling positive, in control and ready to step into other CYCLE classes.
