New to yoga or want to brush up on your practice? Find your flow by building a strong foundation. Flow Foundations workshop is a 60 minute workshop focused on educating students on foundational yoga postures, proper alignment, breathe to movement and sanskrit terms. You’ll leave this class feeling empowered and capable to further your yoga practice.
This workshop is suitable for all levels.
