Born and raised in New Hampshire Celia found a passion for fitness and wellness at a young age. Celia was a three sport athlete, competing year round in competitive dance, soccer, lacrosse & snowboarding up until the age of 18. After graduating high school she moved to Southern California to peruse college soccer and a degree in Business Administration. Sports and being an athlete was something she has always prided herself in and all the hard work that goes behind it. After finishing college, Celia found a deep passion for traveling & creating new experiences for herself. She traveled solo through five states in 31 days in the PNW and continues to explore the world around us!
Recently Celia has found herself back in NH working to continue to help college athletes make healthy transitions out of sports. On her free time you can find her at the beach, taking a long run, or thrift shopping!
