Ana has always had a passion for wellness and movement. Playing team sports for many years, when she moved home from college she was craving the group fitness environment. After trying many different studios Ana found The Collective Studios in October of 2022. She instantly fell in love with the community of like minded individuals. 

As a client first, she began taking yoga classes as a way to practice mindfulness and movement. A year later she knew she needed to be a part of the team. She wanted to fully immerse herself in the space that was created. She wants to push people to be the best version of themselves by teaching them to show up for themselves and those around them. 

Utilizing her 200HR Yoga and Sculpt certifications, which she obtained through TCS's incredible education programs, Ana creates sequences that are suitable for all levels. You will feel the beat moving throughout your body, encouraging you to feel into your body and move! You will leave class feeling like the badass that you are.

When Ana is not at the studio, teaching, taking class, and working! You can find her at home watching anything with Gordon Ramsay and cuddling with her two black cats Willow and Binx!
