ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Drawing on more than 12 years of fitness instruction and education, Laura Collins’ has created Anatomy Basics for Fitness Professionals and Enthusiasts. In this foundational workshop, you can expect to enhance your understanding of movement from an anatomical perspective and learn how to apply it to classes, cueing and instruction, or personal workouts. Studying the anatomy of the human body will help reduce injury, refine form, and perform more effectively.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
The Anatomy Basics for Fitness Professionals workshop was created by Laura Collins with the intent of providing certified fitness professionals and coaches a foundational understanding of basic human anatomy and physiology and how to apply that knowledge to leading classes and clients safely and effectively through exercise programs.
