EMMA DOLAN

LEAD INSTRUCTOR
CYCLE + MEGA + TONE

Emma began dancing when she was two years old and throughout her life has found passion through movement and ballet. She danced all the way through college, but stopped after graduation and missed the movement, discipline and a familiar form of exercise that she enjoyed. Emma began taking barre classes in 2019 and was introduced to indoor cycling shortly after, quickly learning it was a combination of fitness she loved. Emma completed cycle instructor training, completed NASM personal trainer education and received a Barre Above certification, and began teaching in 2020. She loves guiding others through a form of movement that feels accessible, but also challenging and rewarding.

Outside of class, Emma works full time at YWCA New Hampshire, a nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating racism and empowering women. Otherwise you can find her hanging out with her partner, family and her Bernese Mountain Dog, Ollie. She loves spending time on the lake, outside on her porch and going out to eat.

In her classes, Emma focuses on confidence, strength and growth, and always strives to foster a sense of community as clients move together. Her teaching style is challenging, motivating yet lighthearted. She focuses on fitness as a way to feel good in your own body rather than looking a certain way. Expect to leave Emma's class smiling and feeling proud of yourself!
