ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Rooted in science and anatomy, Laura Collins’ Pre/Postnatal Exercise Workshop is an introductory course designed to help prenatal women, postnatal mothers, and fitness instructors better understand how to adapt exercise for pregnant women. Attendees of this workshop will gain a deeper understanding of anatomy and safe exercises so they can confidently engage in fitness and movement trusting that they have the knowledge to adjust any exercise program to meet theirs or their clients’ needs.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
The Pre/Postnatal Exercise workshop was created by Laura Collins with the intent of empowering both pregnant women, new moms and fitness instructors and coaches with the tools and education to confidently engage in exercise during or after birth.
· Prenatal women seeking to safely navigate exercise while pregnant
· Postnatal women returning to fitness and exercise with the goal of understanding how to gradually regain their strength and learn how to mindfully move while healing their bodies
· Fitness instructors and movement coaches who want to feel assured and capable in safely guiding pre/postnatal clients through exercise

As an introductory course, this 4 hour Pre/Postnatal Exercise Workshop will touch on many key and popular educational topics as it relates to pre/postnatal movement.
